Our History

Room to Bloom’s founders, Vicki Follaco and Suzanne Mason, both seasoned therapy providers, brought their vision to life and started Room to Bloom in January 2016.  Understanding the need to expand, they hired creative and passionate staff to provide therapy services with proven results for both families and clients. 

Vicki Follaco, a speech/language pathologist since 1991, has a NYS license to practice speech therapy and also has earned her Certificate of Advanced study in Educational Administration.  Her past experiences have ranged from direct service to administration roles for agencies servicing 350 families.  Her passion for children to have the ability to participate in all types of settings has led her to want to create, from the ground up, an agency that will help children achieve their highest abilities.

Suzanne Mason, a special education teacher since 1994, has her Undergraduate Degree in Communication Disorders and her Masters in Special Education.  She has worked with this age population her entire career.  She has experience both working in the field directly with children and families, coordinating evaluation teams, and supervising fellow educators.  She currently shows compassion and excitement everyday with the children and families that she provides services for.
